I am very confused about this whole mess in the Middle East. I have fb friends who are very anti Israel, I also have fb friends defending the behaviour of Israel, I have read a lot, but still cannot quite get to the truth (the truth, as always seems depends on who you want to believe). From where I am sitting it looks like this - Israels want that specific piece of land where the Palestines are living, why I am not exactly sure, but from what I have heard, they seems to argue that God gave it to them. The Jews seem to have been a nations without a country, they where just a group of people living all over Europe. Then they decided to go live/claim a land in a godforsaken peace of desert. Problem is there where already people living there....What I do not get at all - what did the poor Palestinians do to deserve their land being claimed and taken. But then again, I am no expert in Middle Eastern history, so maybe I have this all wrong?
