I am very excited to release the first video of “Guide Us to the Straight Path” course today. I have gathered together in this course the various topics and issues concerning the prayer in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah. I have mentioned the opinions of the Jurist in all the issues, discussing the evidence for each opinion, presenting the strongest opinion and clarifying the reasons behind it. The task of compiling, studying, and preparing the course is a difficult task to undertake. This work has been accomplished by learning Umdatul Ahkam and Bulugh al Maram from our beloved Sheikh, Sheikh Bilal Ismail of Alkauthar Institute. The primarily source of reference for this course is taken from the transcripts of Sheikh Bilal Ismails’ video lessons for Student Guild of Alkauthar Instutite and from the books by the great scholars of the past, like Sheikh Uthaymeen, Sheikh Ibn Taymiyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Sheikh Abdul aziz ibn Baz, and Sheikh Naasir ud-Deen Al-Baanee.
