I am very happy to say my Dr appointment went good and all my lab work was good. I still have Type II Diabetes and take meds for that but its what I figured. The best news is my weight loss!! I have just been more active and worked on portion control and I have lost 45 lbs!! I still want to lose a lot more but since its been gradual it will be easier to keep it off!!
