I am very particular about English Muffins. (This is not the only thing Im picky about...its just an example for this morning.) :) 1. They have to be Thomass with all the nooks and crannies. Dont try to pass any other kind to me...with a pat of real, no-imitation butter, preferably Land OLakes Lightly Salted in the tub. (Thats not asking for much, is it?) 2. They have to be the original ones...no additional flavors needed and please dont try to health-i-fy them with whole grains or anything. (I eat healthy enough most of the time, so Im fine with not eating healthy on occasion.) 3. And the most important thing...they have to be toasted just right. Not too little so it ends up like a piece of flimsy bread. Not too much so it ends up like a hockey puck. It has to be toasted lightly on the top, and have a soft middle. (This is why nobody in the land can ever make an English Muffin for me...I just have to do it myself.) Do you have something in your life that youre really picky about?
