I am very saddened to learn that Terrie Q. Sayre, from 770 KKOB Radio, has passed away. I worked many times with Terrie and she was one of the sharpest, wittiest hosts I’ve worked with. She worked in media for more than two decades, and her knowledge and personality always came across to her listeners. Terrie wrote, “I love what I do and consider it a privilege to offer friendly, accurate, timely news and information to our listeners/viewers.” Just as she had a passion for news, listeners likewise loved having her on air. Terrie Q. was a staple media personality for New Mexicans and will be greatly missed, but more so fondly remembered.
