I am watching CNN. Wolf Blitzer is interviewing a witness to the shooting and fire in Santa Monica that happened prior to the shooting at the school. After the woman says that she heard multiple gunshots, went outside and saw the house on fire, then saw the subject dressed in all black military garb with a semi automatic rifle drive away in a car he had just carjacked, and then she sees a women in a car up on the side walk who has also been shot, apparently a victim of the first car the man tried to carjack. So, Wolf in his infinite wisdom asks the woman if she lives in a quiet neighborhood or a high crime neighborhood, as if this is a daily occurrence in a "high crime" neighborhood. What a out of touch dope. Wolf Blitzer is a lousy newsman. Reminds me of the CNN reporter in 2001 at a news conference held after the November crash of AA flight 587. The NTSB representative clearly stated that there was no evidence that the plane crashed as a result of a bomb and or terrorists. The CNN reporter then asked, and am not kidding, "if there had been a bomb on the plane would that have caused the plane to crash." By far to this day the dumbest question I have ever heard a reporter ask, followed closely by Wolfs question today. Way to go CNN!
