I am watching a documentary on Agent Orange and its toll on both US troops and especially on the Vietnamese people, it is devastating beyond words. We killed millions of Vietnamese and millions more still suffer. They just interviewed an American Soldier that fought in the war who returned to Vietnam to come to terms with his life. He tells the story that when he arrived and was walking down the street, he was approached by a Vietnamese man who stopped him and asked him if he had been to Vietnam before. The veteran answered, Yes, I was a soldier in the US Army. The Vietnamese man pointed his finger at the veteran and said "you are the enemy," and then hugged him and said "welcome to Vietnam." There is so much we can learn from our victims.
