I am,with a SOE(civil) on official tour of dist Seoni of MP since 9th Dec.. We are here for visit 43 schools in remote area to collect data for provide toilets. Representatives of dist education dept with us. We are surprised and shocked to visit some villages where no road to reach there, no transportation available before 4-6 km,not an individual working in govt job, students of class 9th, goes to school on foot for 5 to 8 km, or somewhere by boat to reach at school or to take any vehicle, Only agricultural or fishing is source of income, only Jadi Buti can help them in any Medical emergency . Not easy to survive. Children run away after see our car....It may better if road, water, electricity and basic Infrastructure provide them Thn smart city and bullet train... God and govt help them.
