I am writing a testimony for Mayra on her Facebook. -Nick Today Mayra went with a group of the mission team to the terminal in Guatemala City, which is the bus terminal and an open type market and a dump in a poor area of the city. They played with and ministered to the children there. Mayra spoke with one of the vendors in Spanish and there were 3 other ladies who spoke an indigenous language. The reception wasnt warm so she made it brief, and blessed them. She was lead by the Spirit to return later and give a wordless bracelet (the ones that many of you made) and explained it to her. The lady began to weep. Mayra asked her to explain the meaning of the bracelet to the 3 ladies who only spoke the indigenous language and Mayra gave each of them a bracelet. When the Spanish speaking lady explained it, the other ladies also began to weep. Mayra asked the Spanish speaking lady and through her interpretation the other ladies, if they would like to receive Christ. They all did and she was able to lead them in prayer. When she left they were all rejoicing. The team plans to return and bless the ladies some more.
