Sweet & Sour Meat Loaf 1 lb ground beef 1 1/2 cup spoon size shredded wheat (1 c crumbs) 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp marjoram 1/8 tsp thyme 1/3 cup chili sauce 2 eggs slightly beaten Bake meat in 12x8x2 pan for 30 minutes. 375* Sauce 20 oz chunk pineapple 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup vinegar ( optional- 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 lg sliced green pepper, 2 oz jar pimentos) Drain pineapple- add water to make 1 cup. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch & salt in saucepan. Add other liquids & cook stirring till thick. Add sauce to meat & bake 15 minutes longer. ENJOY!
