I apologize in advance for using this forum to notify our friends and family but it is the most convenient way to let everyone know what has happened. Bob Smith suffered a small stroke this morning. I called him at 10am and noticed he had very slurred speech and he said it was hard to process language. With the help of my sister-in-law Julie Smith she met me at St. Marys ER where it was confirmed on the MRI he had a small stroke in his frontal lobe. He has been admitted to the hospital and we will be staying for a few days for more tests. His language has greatly improved since 11am and we expect a full recovery. We are waiting on more tests and results from the Echo cardio gram and more. I will keep you posted.
