I applaud this young lady. A visionary not these chancres in the ANC and DA who support these policies, who have no foresight and who are unable to see the future and the potential problems they are causing with their stupid policies. Maria Mahlangu 32 mins BEE and AA are euphemisms (like the Final Solution)that the ANC have given to their black racist pogram that seeks to punish white youngster for something their parents MAY have done over 25 years ago. Every day white youngster are refused jobs and promotions simply because they are white.Can anyone of any moral standing justify punishing youngsters in this racist and abusive manner? Young blacks took up arms because they were discrminated against - would white youngsters be equally justified? Clearly this is racism against a tiny minority and by any standard is a crime against humanity. Thos responsible should be hauled before an International Tribunal and punished. The International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid - which must now include BEE and AA by any definition - states that: Any legislative measures and other measures calculated to prevent a racial group or groups from participation in the political, social, economic and cultural life of the country and the deliberate creation of conditions preventing the full development of such a group or groups, in particular by denying to members of a racial group or groups basic human rights and freedoms, including the right to work, the right to form recognised trade unions, the right to education, the right to leave and to return to their country, the right to a nationality, the right to freedom of movement and residence, the right to freedom of opinion and expression, and the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association; Thus the definition is already there. South Africa has LEGISLATED AND LEGALISED RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!! Those responisble are guilty. We need to draw the worlds attention to this and seek retribution and the punishment of those responsible. Maybe all those who fought against apartheid will now turn their attention to this crime against humaity.
