I applied for what I thought was information on refinancing under HARP and gave my contact information. I got a call this morning at 9:27. I explained that I was home sick and didnt feel like talking today, and suggested he call back tomorrow. He kept talking; I kept saying, Not now, and I finally hung up on him. At 10:44, I got another call. I answered it wearily, and the first thing he said is, You sound frustrated. I said, No, Im sick. He never identified himself even after I told him I was sick and didnt feel like talking. (I assumed he was from Quicken Loans.) Then he said, Well, YOU asked for information on refinancing. I explained that, yes, I did, but not today because I was sick. And I told him that he had never identified himself as being from QL; instead, he started the conversation saying that I sounded frustrated. He wouldnt stop saying that *I* was the one who had asked them to call and thats when I screamed at him NOT NOW! IM SICK! and I hung up. Two minutes later, he called AGAIN!. I will never, EVER, do business with Quicken Loans if they are going to employ people with such poor telephone skills as these two guys. The first guy called from 313-373-2759; the second one was from 904-861-3181.
