I appreciate everyone supporting my walk down memory lane, during this week prior to the 3 year anniversary of my sons passing. I feel that he deserves this, and it has taken me this long to grow strong enough to share my stories with all of you. I want to share one of my favorite memories of Daniel. He played football for LPHS, and in his freshman year they let him suit up as a varsity player. The game was in Michigan City, and I was soooo excited about him wearing the varsity uniform!! When the team ran out and they put my baby on the field, you would have thought I had won the lottery!!! (thought he was only suiting up) It was one of my proudest moments. He was so good out there, and I started crying and I think everyone thought I was nuts. That memory will be burned in my brain forever!!
