I arrived on Friday AM and let on monday AM with 5 buddies..All 155 lbs of me . Got to see the final song done by Jimmy Hendrix-The Star Spangled Banner . What a great time in my life and one of the defining points of my generation. A wonderful experience.Look at the natural beauty of it . No pretenses.no makeup ,no technology , no phones,no texting .just hanging out . Just telling somebody where you would meet $ a time and the place. Communication for free.and it worked ! No silicone .It is amazing how the world survived and prospered by just talking and being responsible. I was one of a half a million people who attended ! I won the million dollar lottery but did not know it at the time . The experience of a lifetime but who knew it that time when I signed up and paid $8 to go.My mom through my unused ticket out(which was never collected) about 40 years ago.Boy do I wish I had that ticket and a camera to document it .that would have been nice .But who knew!?
