I attended a conference for women business owners today and while I liked it and got some things out of it, the format was geared toward extroverts with almost non-stop interactive group brain-storming in a very loud setting. I am completely exhausted. I might not talk to anyone for days ;-) I finished this book last week and highly recommend it to anyone who is an introvert, or an extrovert who wants to know more, or anyone planning a conference or meeting format ;-) When I bought the book I wasnt sure that I would find any new information, but it is packed with lots of research, data, studies and really interesting ideas.
