I attended a wake last night of a 24 year old guy, my mind suddenly began thinking of where his spirit would end up! Many times we attend wakes and funerals where we make oaths to live better lives because we briefly become concerned about making it to heaven! However the memory of that moment quickly fades as time passes! The thing with us humans is that we need to be constantly reminded of how important it is the live a life thats pleasing to God! What should be in the front of our minds, get pushed far behind by irrelevant thoughts bringing us back to a place where we no longer live conscious of our actions but carelessly existing! What if its just your time to go, did you accept Jesus as your lord and savior before? The bible says in John6:65 He went on to say, This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them. The only way to see Gods face is by accepting his son who died on the cross for our sins, then live according to his word! Everyday we should remind ourselves of why we must live a life thats pleasing to God... We want to spend an eternity with our lord God almighty rather that satan whos pleasure will come from watching us burn for eternity! I read an inbox message this morning where a friend dreamt I died before my time! She said my sister Althea was happy because she knew where my spirit went, the friend insisted that I prayed about this dream but I genuinely have no fear of death simply because I know who Im allowing to steer my life daily!
