I attended a wonderful presentation yesterday at the United Way building hosted by Sandra Young of The Coalition of Behavioral Health Services & Partnership for a Drug-Free Spring Branch - Connecting Communities. Special and devoted animal rights advocate, Zach Skow, was the speaker. Zach is an amazing man that has overcome many obstacles in life and nearly lost his life due to disease. He found Marley’s Miracle Mutts (https://facebook/MarleysMuttsDogRescue) and he and his team have rescued thousands of dogs from California kill shelters. Zach does amazing things for animals and I invite you to “like” his rescue page and follow along on Zach’s journey and learn more about his two best pals – Marley and Tug! I see Zach’s mission as being quite similar to Corridor Rescue Inc’s. mission. We have always strived to not only help dogs and cats in the Corridor, but we we have helped and want to continue helping people.
