I attended chocolate classes at The International Culinary Center On one of the walls they had clay hand prints of many famous chefs who went to school there. Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson, Alex Guarnaschelli, and many more that I recognized from all the cooking shows I watch. Very cool. The classes were intense and I learned a lot about chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate making. I met a fun group of people who attended the class and had two top notch instructors. They were smart and fun. I took the train and subway in to the city each day so that in itself was a challenge that I conquered but I must say I am very happy to be home in Maine.
