I attended service at Branham Tabernacle today (thanks to Brother Caleb Duron and Tim Amalong for the wonderful words of insight, and for reaching out to friends to make sure they welcomed me. I was with Dr. Ernest R. Montoya my missionary buddy from Phoenix, AZ, and three ministers from South America, Bro. José Manuel Álvarez Ruiz, Enrique Chaiñya from Tabernáculo De Juliaca in Perú, and Bro. Nilsen Olivera from Curitiba SC Brazil. We arrived in Louisville about 4PM, checked into our hotel and made our way to church. What a wonderful service tonight. There is something very special to be a part of obedience. We were greeted in the parking lot by Brother James Phillips welcomed in the church office and given a book about the special locations in Jeffersonville, and a DVD entitle One of Gods Trophies, the story of Brother Collins. He gave one to each of us. I was so impressed by the love and hospitality of the brother. I was able to see in action how Brother Branham talks about the importance of welcoming someone to the church. At Branham Tabernacle that does not start at the door, it even starts in the parking lot. Of course, at the door we were welcomed by three smiling greeters who made us feel right at home. The service ran exactly as described by Brother Branham in Church Order book. Todays tape was the closing part of the The God of This Evil Age. The presence of the Lord was felt very strongly. After service, as we were leaving the Tabernacle, Brother Dean Collins greeted me by name and gave warm greetings from our mutual friend Tim Amalong. Brother Dean is Pastor Collins grandson. What a privilege. Brother Trevor also came to us and spent some moments with us. I had met him a few years back when I took Brother Marcio Jacson Dos Santos and Karina Sharon Bissoli to Jeffersonville. It was wonderful to reconnect (thank you Brother Caleb Duron!) Also Brother Barber greeted us and made us feel very welcome, he is the assistant pastor of Branham Tabernacle. Everyone made us feel very welcome and so special. Pastor Collins was so nice to us and to the Brothers from South America. He received us in his office after service, We met his lovely wife who still plays the organ in church, his daughter and son-in-law Brother James Phillips. They shared some wonderful testimonies with us. All the brothers were very excited and we went to have pie at Cracker Barrel in Louisville and recapped the visit. The brothers are so excited to be in Jeffersonville, and especially after the way they were treated they are looking forward to visiting Voice of God Recordings and the different places in Jeffersonville that they have heard about on the tapes. I am ready for some RED HOTS!!
