I "bashed" my insur co. in a response to their "approval" letter to me for Celebrex. I waited alm a month in extreme pain while they questioned my physician why i needed a med with no generic ( bec its expensive) So when i got a letter that they approved my drs letter of urgency and approved the script, I responded in my calm cool collected Italian manner and "thanked them for aprroving something that my husband and I pay good money for. That maybe if they would chck my history they would see my cervical surgery,numerous steroid injections and other various treatments for my neck and shoulder - this would hv taken care of any "doubts of urgency" So i thanked them for allowing meto almost "beg" for something im not only entitled to but PAY FOR. Im sure they think they can continue to "screw" with their members. This member will hv a response "every time." DONT MESS WITH MY MEDS !!!
