I become fatter after I was 18 years old. I have took chance at all way, from whacked exercises to rigid dieting to lose fat. But nothing seems to work. I would like to have the food I like, I would like to participate in activities I want and play outside as I want, but I cant, all these make me quite agonizing. Last week I saw my friend Angel occasionally. Looking at the picture below, she seems different completely now. She tells me she merely attend the program and the consequence was much obvious! I am so astonished at her change and also obtain the motivation to be slim journey.
