I believe there is a crisis in our Ummah, not a financial crisis because if that it than everyone would recognize it and pay attention to it. But its a crisis in our conscious, in our lack of mercy towards one another, a crisis in our ability to understand and forgive one another. We have a crisis of a deadly contagious disease, a disease of the heart, our hearts which are suppose to be hearts of believers, hearts that pump on mercy and beat on forgiveness, hearts that are suppose to hate what Allah hates and love what Allah loves, hearts that are suppose to be full of jealousy over its brothers and sisters and love for on another, hearts that are suppose to feel the pain of each other. We have a serious crisis and like every crisis and problem, if its not recognized than it can not be solved.
