I believe this is some LIBTARD crazy talk. Most police officers are very tolerant and dont resort to increased levels of anything unless people are not following guidance. The level of civility and disrespect causes most actions along with guilty people pushing the limits causing situations and then whining about the consequences. Simple rule of life if you are a law abiding citizen and dont put yourself in questionable situations you shouldnt have a problem.
