I believe we do our friends, children and business associates a disservice by not telling them the TRUTH. Im talking about by not telling them what they need to hear. We often tip toe around the TRUTH and it does nothing but prolong the pain. They may not want to hear it but they need to hear it. It does not help them to sugar coat what clearly is a problem and possible dysfunction in their lives and in their business. No matter how you say it, soft or hard, theyre either going to take the advice or blow you off. So you might as well give it to them straight and let the cards fall where they may. TOUGH LOVE could be the difference between them breaking this cycle or continuing with the INSANITY theyve become accustomed to.
