I believe wellness is an intricate web of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. One segment of your life cannot move forward unless all four are in unity. Start each morning with activities that address all four of these areas: physical - some form of exercise or yoga, healthy food and supplements; mental - some reading or listening to a book or talk that enhances your mental state and your belief system; emotional - have a chat with yourself about realistic expectations and affirmations for your strengths; spiritual - spend some time in prayer or meditation, feeding your soul. Then in the evening, spend a few minutes reviewing your day, journaling is helpful, and stand before the mirror, look yourself in the eye and tell yourself something you are proud of doing that day. End with an affirmation of your strengths.
