I bind satan and cancel the demonic assignment of destruction in the city. I break and destroy the cycle of murder, death violence, and hopelessness in Chicago. I release warrior angels and the blood of Jesus covering over every home, school and business. I command every shackle be loosed from the young men, families , mothers and fathers. and the recovering of everything that the enemy has stolen. I lift up every person in active battle of recovery in the city I speak, decree and declare a permeation of agape love & peace will saturate the city, that broken hearts will be mended, In Jesus name! and so it is.
