I booked with Flythomascook in September last year to Fly Orlando for my family and I this August. I paid £84 for baggage, only to find out that if Id have waited I would have got it free as they abolished the baggage fees in December! Ive since been in touch with many others who have been in the same position but have received refunds. I got in touch with Flythomascook who assured me that actually no one had received a refund! I know this isnt the truth and Im really annoyed about it, surely it should be one rule for all? We are regular flyers but will use a different company who treats their customers fairly in future.
