I bought a Sony Xperia Ray Mobile through Souq and it got complaint in 5 months. When i called Souq the executive told they will inform the supplier and intrurn the supplier will call us...Nothing happened for 1 week and again i called and they told the supplier told the warranty was there only for 3 months....Normally all the Xperai Phones are having 6 month warranty under souq. So i gave the phone to get it repaired through an authorized dealer and they returned back the phone saying they phone panel board is tampered...How come a new phone bought from souq is tampered inside . Even the phone i bought was not under refurbished or used one...I am checking the possibilities of giving compliant against Souq through proper channel for cheating customer selling used/refurbished phones as new ones..
