I bought a printer online via Hewlett to replace yet another printer. Less than a year later, I am still having problems, such as the tray that holds the paper is rubbing against something inside the machine. Other problems such as I put paper in the tray and the printer is stating there is no paper in the tray. I attempted to print pictures of the geology field trip to write up a lab/field trip report, the printer refuses to print. I contact Hewlett-Packard, which I was told i should have a replacement. However, since July 25, I have been arguing about sending information to prove when and what I paid for the printer. I contacted better Business Bureau to file a complaint today. I promised Hewlett-Packard I will advise others about Hewlett-Packard.
