I call her Black Heart. not only because shes black and an extension of my own heart, but because shes taken first blows for me and protected my own heart from becoming black. Since 2001 I hustled to pay $600 a month for 5 years to own this baby, and now, that my career in teaching has been taken away, that I dont qualify for unemployment because Im self employed and my art isnt as popular as some of the Mexica Mega stores.. The police take my girl and hold her ransom. Take what is MINE and has been mine for 13 freaking years. A little upset.. a little sore from the beating... dont have my students, dont have my girl and I can barely walk, but walk on we must. So why not have YOU benefit from my bad situation.
