I called Toshiba to get some tech support this morning and I got someone with an accent that is not American or even British, which I would be able to understand. I asked for someone whose language was English and I was told that there was no one there that was of that skill set. What the heck is with these companies that do tons of business in the US of A and they do not hire people who speak English as a primary language? Is everything about making a buck? I understand that these people need to eat too but when someone asks for an English speaking person you should be able to supply someone.
