I came across this picture on a postcard that was addressed to my grandmother in 1922. It is of the Phi Gamma Delta House (FIJI) at Ohio Wesleyan. It does not say on the back where the house is located, but on a history of the fraternity on the OWU Website, it was located at 135 North Franklin. According to the site, it was called the Fairbanks Lodge after Charles Fairbanks, who was president of the National Fraternity prior to becoming Vice President under Theodore Roosevelt. Does anyone have any info to share? Does the house still exist? Who lives there? I would also be curious to see what former fraternity houses have become family residences in the Delaware area and do any of the homes still have any kind of link to their past use (letters, writing on walls in attacks, etc.)
