I came to kings county hospital in 1970,I was deputized as a hospital special patrolman,1974 the new york state under the police department page 221 section#6 state that hospital special patrolman under this section have all the powers and duties of police officer and hence have power to make arrests -that nys court said on September 20,1974 in case of people v perez that we were not under administration code 434a 7.0 but under 434a 7.2 of the police department of c and e or subdivision section 14-108 of nyc police department hhc,all the city hospitals,the city,state have being violation of the nys court for over 40 some years and now tell hospital police officers you do not have right to pick a PBA to property to represent you like all the police department and kept you down by telling you that yuor special officers watch up are not,because the nyc said you(we) are police officers for hhc sent 1974 and before thence were called every thing but want you are and Floyd to come up though the rank in the hospital police department and for school safety,you would believed that he is for the hospital police would me ran by a police union (hhcppba)and not a savage unions officers can stop some thats being going for 40 years against black and Hispanic officers because the like of white officers in hospital police,but they were before hospital went under hhc,away very city department of hospital,I have seen whites take the exam for officers and I tolk the sergeant in 2006 or 2007 after I came out of the nursing home,but they are not on this job,because there no more civil service pool the hospitals under hhc do there own away from civil service rules vote of voting Floyd out can chance that and being done sent voting began and thats now you make a chance in this department.
