I can barely walk today - yesterday was a LONG eventful day for sure. Getting ready for work means bringing in my foot soaker, heating pad, stool for leg elevation, I have no ankles - lol getting old so fast is rough. The first part of the day was spent with family and friends, I got to cuddle and slobber on my grandbaby and hug my handsome son, gather with my sisters and niece, and had the chance to let old friends know that I love them - then the second part of the day turned out to be far more fun than I thought. Just watching hubby was hilarious. He has thanked me over and over for going, we havent had ANY kind of a date in a long time, so Im glad I went. He drug me all over the Civic Center, helped me navigate steep ramps, long hallways, and lots of steps, and when we had to stand for too long, he got me a chair and permission to sit away from the throng. I figure Ive had my quota now of public appearances. I will go back to being a hermit for awhile :) Time for work, have a great Sunday everyone
