I can feel the frustrations of Pnoy when he was rumored to walk out on a sitrep briefing with NDRRMC... 1. LGUs failed to show preventive steps done! As far as I could asses from my clench wrecked chair... Wala kong makitang sign na naghanda sila miski na anung lakas pa ang dumating dyan at nasira lahat! hehehe 2. Dapat me TEMPLATE na lahat ng LGUs on how to welcome, embrace, extend and repond on these situations. Mechanism, systems and all the whole nine yards!... Every year we get to have these whether we like it or not hahahaha The local leaders failed to show and do these in times they are needed most... Given pati sila mismo nadale, pero meron silang duty for the Country before self. The way I see it it was an abandon ship and a dereliction of duty on their part and due for expulsion on their post. 3. Sa NDRRMC dapat meron na rin sila nyan at these time. alhtough bago si Hepe nyan, may it serve as a lesson at pag nakaluwag luwag maka formulate na sila ng mga programa o mga contingencies for whatever shyt may happen. Hindi yung Pangulo pa ang nag mimiron. Buti na lang spontaneous pa si Pnoy, e paano na kung tulad nanaman ni GMA ang presidente natin? Malamang ala Gibo na lang ang mapapala natin at NGANGA nanaman tayong mga Pilipino. hahaha I laud on ABS-CBNs network in these trying times, pati na yung ibang channels and some companies... Atleast sila at first instance alam na nila ang gagawin nila na parang isang flick ng switch ng ilaw liliwanag na agad ang lahat! hehehe Pati na yung ibang bansa, inggit na inggit ako, miski na sa malayong lugar na halos hindi nangyayari sa kanila ang mga ganito yet still they know what they need to do !!! hahaha Its tiring that we never learn, Its tiring that we always end up being victims and losing... I just hope there comes a time that we can beat these shyts and have it in our own terms... Lets learn to adapt kababayans. hehehe
