I can honestly say that I have lost sleep over this. I moved into - TopicsExpress

I can honestly say that I have lost sleep over this. I moved into my apartment under the assumption that I could call it home until I graduated. I put my name on the list, what I am not understanding is why a waiting list is unfair. We find waiting lists everywhere; in restaurants, private schools, and especially in real world apartments. Our world is made up of waiting lists. Personally, I had no idea that people were cheating the system, and if that is the case, then people need to fix this problem. I think there could be a more simple solution to that problem. As an upperclassman, I wanted in an apartment because my last years of school get more crowded and demanding. I will have a full course load, including fall, spring, may, and summer classes until I graduate. Physically I do not have time to move out of an apartment in the summers and give my classes the attention that I have committed myself to. I sincerely hope and I am praying constantly that HSU will give the implementation of this policy a second glance, and give students that have an established home in their apartments to continue to call it home until we graduate.
