I can not believe after 6 months we are still trying to explain what we are about but here goes and this time we will make it crystal clear lol! 1. We are here to help skinny guys put on size. Scrawny to brawny, no need to fear walking in here this gym was created for you and the staff have come from where your at. This is your gym, the big fellas are just guests. 2. For those that have never seen there abs in their life but are willing to kill to get them. See above. 3. For the dedicated, for the 5 percent, for those with work ethic, for those who remember we all started off skinny or out of shape. You dont have to train at home to put on size to walk through these doors, this is your home.
