I can only imagine.. . . . criminaldefenselawyer/crime-penalties/federal/felony-assault-battery.htm cops.usdoj.gov/default.asp?Item=1374 (less than .5% of people interacting with police were met with force) and I have a full head of hair... more like.. (abc news quote) “The instant compliance is obtained, anything beyond that becomes excessive ... [but] each time a defense to an arrest is offered, the officer has the ability to exercise whatever the minimum force is in their mind to counter [it],” said James Powers, chief of police of Fredericksburg, Va. and head of the IACP’s use-of-force committee. Many police use a “force continuum” to guide their actions, Powers said: first polite requests, then demands, then chemical sprays, then physical force (ranging from grabbing, punching and kicking to the use of batons), then lethal force. Officers should only use the level of force that’s being used (or is threatened to be used) by suspects against the officers, Powers said. So leme just say, by that rationale, upon viewing this video alone and without back story or info.. I dont see a viable deadly weapon , the struggle from the bottom could be defense or the outcome of an attack.. not my place to decide.. but one thing is certain.. either the dude hits like a woman, the woman has the durability of steel, or someone just went adrenaline fueled ape shit with fists, rather than attempting to restrain the woman who was causing such a threat to the officer.... we dont know yet, but at least we know there will be 1 million people on each side of the fence. I wonder how many of those opinions would switch if they were on top or better yet, on the bad end of 15 haymakers ..eaten on your back.
