I can remember getting a box from UPS, once, that was all dented and scuffed and just sort of banged up in all the wrong places. I just knew in my head that whatever was inside that box was ruined and not worth having. I decided to take it to the closest UPS location to show them the damage and open the box in front of them as I was afraid they would tell me I had damaged the box in the opening process. After the box was inspected and all the damage noted, we opened the box to find the beautiful contents were still very much intact and still as beautiful as ever !! Sometimes we are so busy judging the outward appearance of something or someone that we miss out on the chance to see what lies beneath that outer wrapping !!!
