...I can remember my mother saying that at her age Christmas was all about memories of your own Christmases past...I never really understood that until recently...there is a lot of truth to what she said...Buddy and I have spent the last few days retelling our own childhood Christmas memories and from when LB was young....After seeing Lilys pictures today, I went on a search for Santa visit pictures of LB at Lilys age...both of these were taken in a little temporary building that went up every November in the parking lot of Old Broadway Shopping Center near Fulton High School. I had written on the back that she was a little nervous, but was willing to risk it for the candy cane and coloring book...the first one was 1977 and the next one was 1978...almost 2 and almost 3....bookend ages to Lilys age right now...such treasures to have for today....
