I cancelled the route today as everyone pulled out. Maybe calling it Extreme wasnt a good call, lol. Personal training instead and a flat one as I have a slight groin strain and want to preserve my knee further. Some pleasant scenes along the route although I did see an old Chinese guy in a g-string at Repulsive Bay.
