I cannot fathom why the flexilead or zipleash was ever invented. The makers only encourage lazy dog ownership and poor manners. I was out walking Hub and a man was following us with two dogs. Hub isnt really good at meeting new dogs so I crossed to the other side of the street. The man stayed on the right hand side opposite us but let the leashes all the way out so one of the dogs was just a few feet away. We have a leash law and to me that means your dog is on leash and under control. He actually called out to me isnt your dog friendly? No nimrod his isnt and thats why I am saving us all from a vet bill by moving away. Dont follow me that close when i am clearly trying to make some space.
