I cannot understand preachers preaching for a fee, charging to preach the word of God. in my opinion, that is completely against the word of God as is stated below in the book of Micah. Yes, preachers need to live but if your heart if fixed right, trust me, you will live and you will live a prosperous life. I thank God for my father, he preached the word because he loved the Lord and my pastor today is the same. We ought to declare Gods word because of His love and saving grace and because we know that it is the power of God unto salvation. Stop charging for and prostituting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Oh and christians, please remember that we are to bless those that teach the word of God (1 cor. 9 vs 14). We are to walk in the Spirit and have sense enough to know that if you expect our pastors to always be available to us, we then have to help to meet their financial needs, they should not have to charge us. Come on Saints, lets wise up!!!!
