I cant believe it has been one year to the day that I began my journey and who would have thought that LIKING an FB post would change my LIFE?? HOW is that possible? Well, a year ago I was scrolling through FB and I saw a post and I hit LIKE. Now, at this point in my life I was not in a good place. I was depressed, stressed, defeated, exhausted, and was mentally and physically unhealthy. I had decided that I couldnt change because I had tried so many times before and nothing worked. Have you ever felt this way before? That there was nothing you could do to change your life?? Because of that seemingly little action of hitting LIKE, I received a message that began my journey to a forever-changed me. In this last year I learned that it is POSSIBLE to change. I also learned that in order to change I had to stop making excuses. I had a choice. I could settle for a life of defeat or I could fight for it and achieve VICTORY! And it has been a battle, a DAILY battle! But I was determined and because of that determination I am 40lbs lighter, I have energy, I am healthy, I have joy again, I am less stressed and I am FOREVER changed! What if I had never hit LIKE??
