I cant believe its been one year to the day since I arrived in Korea! Since I stepped off that plane I have had wonderful experiences and met great people. I miss many friends and family members back home but have decided to stay for another year. There are so many things I have left to do! It took much longer to get fully adjusted to life in a foreign land than I ever imagined. Now that Ive taken care of most of my debt and fully embraced life here I can devote this year to traveling and cultural experiences in addition to my personal goals. By this time next year I will be speaking much better Korean, have traveled to other countries, written a number of articles for the foreigner magazine, written my own songs, taken more great photos, earned my black belt in Taekwondo and other adventures and undertakings accomplished. I am so happy to have made this decision and look forward to what this next year will bring!
