I cant believe my luck. i have just been invited to train as part of the management team. I actually said no at first as I felt I wasnt being true to my self as helping the people is where my true passion lies but then I was told that I wld get my petals training paid for i agreed because looking at the bigger picture not only will I eventually have better job prospects, but with the petals training I will be able to help more people.
