I cant believe what just happened! Ive been sitting here all day with no cable waiting for the repair guy from Comcast. They said between 1-3pm. At 3 I called Comcast and it says Oh sorry it looks like you missed your scheduled appointment WTH?!!!!! We are on day 3 of them trying to correct our problem. I didnt even recognize the person I turned into when the lady said youll have to reschedule your appointment how does tomorrow look for you? I said we work maam!! I sat here all day and they didnt ring the doorbell or knock! Omg I feel like Im in a Jerry Seinfeld episode! SO whats a good company to go with, because Im over Comcast!
