I cant go back to the local Thai restaurant that I like very much because its just too demoralizing for me to sit around people ordering and eating chicken this, chicken that. I packed up the left over rice for my chickens, a treat that they love. After I give them their treats, Doris and I just might curl up for an afternoon nap in the yard and she will purr with contentment. Its too disheartening for me to have to think about how many of these people will go and do the same with their dogs and cats and never know chickens are capable of the same. Im just so sickened that our culture has brainwashed us into thinking that its okay to slaughter 300 baby birds every second who lived for six weeks in their own excrement — all for a momentary taste sensation. SICKENED!
