I cant help but feel like the spirit of Christmas and the general regard for human life and property is completely lost to some people in this world. My news feed is full of murder stories (of police officers and families including children for Gods sake) and thefts of Christmas gifts (and a Uhaul of a military family moving). There is enough misfortune and serious matters that the average person needs to worry about and it breaks my heart that these families have to know these losses, especially leading into the holidays. If people would put half of the energy they have spent hating, stealing and wronging other people into loving their own families and raising their kids with respect and understanding the world would be a much better place. Love your family, respect each other, stay out of what is not your business and never resort to violence and crime to be heard. Basic principles, my friends.
